We wholesale our branded products to select retailers, as well as unbranded in bulk to the culinary and cosmetic industries.
Below you will find more information regarding our policies:
- Client must agree to purchase merchandise at or above the minimum amount for every order.
- Retailers that are selling online must provide an active URL and will be subject to approval by Be Arganic.
- Client agrees to sell all Be Arganic products at or above our minimum advertised price policies (MAPP) pricing – at or above retail value.
- Client may not sell Be Arganic products on Amazon.com, Ebay.com, or any commerce website not approved by Be Arganic.
- Client may NOT sell Be Arganic products to another retailer without specific permission.
- Client will be provided with information and promotional material when becoming a wholesale client. Please ask for permission to use any other assets from the Be Arganic website. Client may use any of the Be Arganic promotional material provided when opening an account.
**Please respect these policies and take note that Be Arganic reserves the right to freeze or cancel any account in violation of these terms and conditions.
